Permanent Staff Placements, Local and Overseas Candidates

Nu-Stream is flexible with our placement methods depending on our client's requirements for Permanent staff. Below we have listed some of the more common methods used by our clients.

1. Hire for the Trial Period - after a suitable local candidate is selected, the candidate can commence work at your premises on hire from Nu-Stream for a nominated period before transferring to your payroll free of placement fee (hire period is usually about three months but may vary by negotiation depending on recruitment costs and hire rates). Trial period may also be reduced by accepting a partial placement fee prior to the trials periods completions.

2. Straight Placement - A suitable candidate is selected and a placement fee is charged for our services and advertising (fee is discusses and negotiated prior to the commencement of the recruitment procedure) This service is used for both local and overseas candidates.

3. Overseas Placement - A candidate is selected from overseas and placed at your premises. Your company will need to apply and be approved as a sponsor (Nu-Stream can help in this process). This method would incur a placement fee.

4. Permanent On Hire Staff - Nu-Stream can supply one of its permanent employees to work at your facility in a long term or ongoing position. This service is carried out by charging an hourly hire rate and invoicing the client on a weekly basis.
